Jennie

Jennie completed her Bachelor of Music (Honours) at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music, majoring in Saxophone Performance with a minor in Piano. She is currently undertaking a Master of Teaching at the Australian Catholic University, further deepening her knowledge and skills in teaching and learning. Jennie has achieved outstanding results in both national and international competitions. She was a fi nalist in the Asia Pacifi c Saxophone Competition (2023) and the Melbourne Conservatorium Concerto–Aria Competition (2024). Since 2024, she has been serving as Assistant Conductor of the Melbourne Conservatorium Saxophone Ensemble, demonstrating strong leadership, musicianship, and ensemble expertise. An experienced and versatile music educator, Jennie has taught students ranging from fi ve-year-olds to adults, across a wide spectrum of abilities. In addition to woodwind instruction, Jennie also teaches piano and music theory, helping students develop strong foundational musicianship alongside technical instrumental skills.
